Harriet Coleman
Harriet’s classes and practices are inspired by the elements, and her experience and study of yogic and tantric philosophy, shamanism and transpersonal psychotherapy. Harriet’s intention is to guide you in a moving meditation and empower you with tools to deepen your connectedness to life, and to create an environment for self-exploration, loving acceptance, and fun! Her classes usually incorporate pranayama (breath work), and elements of hatha, yin and vinyasa flow and are designed to offer a challenge as well as deep grounding for the nervous system. After 16 years of practicing yoga she qualified as a teacher and her study is ongoing and varied.
