This sweet soul began her yoga journey over eight years ago, initially drawn to the practice for weight loss. After just one class, Jo was hooked. Yoga quickly became more than just a way to build strength—it became an essential tool for releasing daily stress and finding balance. Her passion for yoga led her to complete teacher training three years ago, and since then, she has specialised in both power and restorative yoga.

In Jo’s classes, she combines dynamic, strength-building sequences with mindful breath work to help students release tension and energise their bodies. Following the powerful flow, Jo transitions into restorative practices that calm the mind and encourage deep relaxation. Her goal is for students to leave each class feeling not only physically stronger but also mentally refreshed, carrying a sense of calm with them throughout their day.
